[ Chris called requiring Tech Support for re-installation after sending his mother-in-law's Aquathin Aqualite to Aquathin HQ for service ] Alfie - thank you doesnt seem adequate but I dont know what else to say. Thank you very much for calling me this afternoon. Below are the steps we discussed - THE SYSTEM IS WORKING!

 Our lake property located on Possum Kingdom Lake in Texas was constructed in 1996, which at that time an Aquathin Aqualite system was purchased, and utilized with an Aquathin IQ-EMP (Intelligent Selectronic Memory Panel) Reverse Osmosis system.

Dear Alfie,

 

We just spoke on the phone where I placed my standard order for replacement ARO and ADI filters for our 36 YEAR OLD PLATINUM 90 RODI PURIFICATION SYSTEM !

 

With a few tweaks on the unit over the years, we have enjoyed uninterrupted service and the finest drinking water available.

 

Of note, Milwaukee went through a terrible cryptosporidium outbreak some years ago.  We had no issues using the water from our Aquathin unit for drinking and cooking.  No water boiling, etc..
