To Whom It May Concern,
Dear Sir or Madam,
After more than 14 successful years in service (including our family relocation from CA to SC) my kitchen top water purification unit got unserviceable..
I found that the spring inside of The Quick-Connect Coupler got broken.
Could I buy that The Quick-Connect Coupler with all tubes attached to change it and have your wonderful unit running again?
I would appreciate your answer and quote if possible.
