Thanks once again for answering a few questions about my Aquathin systems. My system is almost 5 years old with no issues.  Every time I call, you all take time out to make sure my system is running to spec.  A lot other companies once they sell you their product, its hard to get answer from them ever again. But with Aquathin youll never have that problem.

AQUATHIN TECH SUPPORT COMMENTARY:   Jeff and Paula's residential well water surged to 1400 ppm TDS with high sodium, hardness and bacteria as a result of regional shale fracking.  Our Tech Support Team promptly responded to their system's function questions.  The Aquathin Aqualite requires filter service every six months and continually reads 0 ppm.  The county's test report for their treated well water after Aquathin RS35CL Super Chlorination System proved zero HTPC and zero coliform.
