We are extremely happy with our Aquathin reverse osmosis purification system.  It has been functioning perfectly, without any problems for over 25 years!  We have always had someone come and change filters yearly.  However, this year, with COVID, my husband decided to change the filter himself.  I appreciate your quick response to all my questions and sending us detailed instructions on replacing the filter and cleaning out the water reservoir.  I always knew Aquathin was a quality product.  But now, I'm impressed that you provide excellent customer service as well!  Thank you for all your assistance!
