We have had our Aquathin for just over two years and I can't imagine life without it.  It is so much less cumbersome than a container that needs filters changed all the time, and still only filters part of the sediment -- Aquathin is 100% filtered water with a filter change only once annually.  It tastes great and is so convenient!  The Great Boston service department, specifically Paul Ruggiero, is always there to answer any questions.  This system was installed and I've rarely had to give it a thought other than filling up my water bottle with delicious and safe water !!
