Jackson County, OK has a small community well water system with nitrates and nitrites exceeding EPA MCL.  The above system is Twin Tank Aquathin AS3900-750K removing hardness as pretreatment into Twin Tank Aquathin AS3900-750K NITRATE ANION.

The system was installed February 2011 as a test prototype and officially online September 2012. 

Originally a previous firm bid and installed an RO systemwhich as you know, RO alone is not effective for nitrate and nitrate removal.  And they learned the expensive way.

Jackson Co. Municipal Water Plant's Aquathin system has operated effectively with minimal maintenance and reliable serviceand proudly serves as a showcase for future regional installations.
